If your purchase is not completely satisfactory, you can return products purchased at the 21 Days Healthynutri online store (with the exception of Vegan Protein Delivery within 30 days for a complete refund.

We offer a 100% guarantee on our protein powders. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products within 30 days for a complete refund.

Vegan Protein Delivery Return Policy

Once you place your order, our team gets to work on planning out your Vegan protein. Because we source locally grown ingredients, we need to start the planning phase 10 days before your order arrives on your doorstep. We place the order for ingredients, receive them, prepare them, cook and seal your meals. We then package and ship your Vegan protein out to you. With that in mind, here is some more information on our refund policy:

Cancel 9 or more days before your delivery: If you cancel before our cut-off date (the Wednesday the week before your delivery – 9 days before delivery) we’re happy to refund you the total amount of your order.

Cancel less than 9 days before your delivery: Once it’s past 10 days before your delivery, we cannot cancel, change or refund your order. 

Once you’ve received your order, there are no refunds on the protein that you have received.

If there is an issue with delivery, we can file a claim with FedEx on your behalf and ensure that your protein is delivered as soon as possible.
